The service
Onyx is a software-as-a-service platform for creator analytics and management, offered to agencies under subscription. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
Accounts & workspaces
Workspaces are provisioned by the platform operator. The tenant is responsible for keeping its users' credentials confidential and for all activity under its accounts.
Data ownership
Tenant data (its clients, campaigns, and reports) belongs to the tenant. The tenant grants the platform a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Use of the platform in violation of applicable law or the terms of connected social platforms, attempts to access other tenants' data, or abuse of the sync interfaces is prohibited.
Subscription & billing
Subscriptions and billing are currently handled directly with the platform operator according to the agreed plan (seats, creator/account limits, retention period).
Availability & liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure; it is provided "as is" without express warranties. The platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid by the tenant in the preceding three months.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; tenants are notified of material changes through the platform or by email.
